Take a look at http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/poisoned-files. I
don't yet guarantee that it will be kept up-to-date, though.

When I ship the policy-file version we've been discussing I will make
the default policy files available, will keep them up-to-date as new
things are announced, and will recommend doing exactly what you are
asking about.
